A trendy Dutch clothing company, who had wide distribution in Europe, was just scratching the surface with their wholesale business in the US. Wanting to capitalize on the trend of mono-brand stores as well as favorable fashion trends, the company brought us on to define their market entry strategy in a way that would maximize return on investment and distribution reach, while maintaining positioning as a trendy, urban brand.
